Here She Is !!

2.05.2010

Well, we came home today after spending a few days with our son and his growing family. I have a few pics to share, but forgive me for the quality of them. It was grey and cloudy all day yesterday and the lighting in their humble abode is not very good.

This is Miss Naomi Grace Nichols 2-2-2010, weight 7.9,
21 inches, a head full of dark hair and the sweetest little

This is big sister Rachele Ann who is not too sure about her little sister quite yet.

She finally started warming up to her last night and gave her a big hug!

Here is proud Daddy

And last, but not least the proud GRAND PARENTS !!!

We had a great time, but I am glad to be back home where I can catch up on all your wonderful blogs and catch up on some much needed sleep. Between my husband's snoring and keeping our dog from barking and waking up everyone too early and cleaning and cooking I am ready for a good nights sleep in MY bed. Is anyone else like me? You love to go out of town and visit, but there is nothing like your OWN bed!!
I also want to thank everyone for all the sweet comments and all your congrats notes you left me. Thanks so much!!!

     Kim

  9. She is very beautiful. The pictures are wonderful family memories but the first one reminds of an Italian renaissance painting. Just magnificent and worthy of hanging on a wall somewhere. I enjoyed them

  17. What a precious baby girl. Rachel Ann is such a cutie too! There is nothing in the world like a new born baby. I am back and can sooooo relate to the whole sleeping in your own bed thing. I am about to go crawl into mine for the first time in two weeks in just a few minutes!!!

I tried several times to post while I was in Europe and it always got rejected, but I just wanted you to know how proud I am of you for starting up your own blog! It looks awesome and your pictures are just turning out beautifully. You go girl!!!!

  19. She is so adorable. We will be adding a new little bundle of sweetness in early Feb. I agree with you about traveling. I, too, love to go see the family, but also love being back home. Got this cute saying from another blog ( printed it & framed it for my kitchen window):

Ah! There is nothing like staying at home for real comfort. By Jane Austen

    Very true for me!
