Guest Room No More

7.11.2010

I hope everyone is having a good weekend. We are still at our daughter's and Mr. Savvy has been very busy working on the nursery. Now my daughter and I are going to start painting. Thought I would just share a few photos from today.

Here she is with my future granddaughter and my grand dog, Chloe.

This is Chloe

Bailey is here, too and does not understand why we have been staying here.

Father and daughter working together.

Daughter writing down measurements for Dad.

Well, I have to go start painting now that Mr. Savvy has finished his part. My turn now.

I will post more pictures tonight and show the progress.

Y'all come back now,

KIM

  12. I just brought my girl's baby bed back from Louisiana this weekend. My mother in law has been storing it. No one expecting, but two daughters are married. Maybe someday I can help with a nursery. FUN!

  21. I have not yet spent any time thinking about my possible future grandchildren, But your post made me wonder and hope that we will be involved in the preparations for our grandchild. I truly hope so. I can see our daughter working with her father on building shelves or whatnot, and she and I will be picking paints that will keep the baby happy but mellow.....
