I have been sharing some little changes made in the sun room this week and now I will show you how it is warmed up for the cooler weather ahead. First let me remind you how it looked before.
Look at my new slipcover. This is the Pottery Barn Maize colored slip for my PB basic sofa.
I found it on ebay and am so glad I did.
I love how much this one change has warmed up the room.
I changed out some of the pillows.
Now if I could just decide which pillows I like better on here. This is my newest one from ebay.
Bunny is back in this spot.
I guess you noticed that I put my picnic basket arrangement in here.
and moved my vintage coca cola crate from the flea market here
Moved the rooster lamp up here. Love this lamp on at night on this cabinet.
Made this fall arrangement and placed it on the little chippy yellow table.
Took this jar and filled it with natural fall items and wrapped some jute webbing around it
for added texture.
Still moving pillows around.
I'll figure it out soon.
Now you see why I changed the color of the cabinet. The other bold yellow clashed with
the new slipcover.

I like the new cover. It's very similar to one I have on my chair. I love all your pillows. I have never looked on ebay for them, perhaps I should! The colors all look so nice together now with the new painted cupboard.

I have been using my Sony H9 which I really love. I have had it for 2 years now. I have a smaller one, Sony also, with a higher MP and can take panorama but I like the quality of the H9 camera better...Christine
Sofa looks awesome!... love those vintage crates, have not found a single one yet. You are so talented. I really like the "scene" pillow.. definitely use that.

Looking at the before picture, I didnt know how you could improve because it was already beautiful! But I love the pops of color you added. The yellows and reds are the perfect touch. Its a gorgeous room!
Weren't you smart to get a basic Pottery Barn sofa? Now you'll be able to team it with all sorts of seasonal colors via their slipcovers!!! The room is gorgeous--whether it's dressed for warm or cool weather.

Kim- It look beautiful. I love the new slipcover-it is perfect. How is the PB couch for sitting on? It looks beautiful-is it comfortable as well? I need a new sofa for our great room. The one I have is very bulky and I do like it - but not in this room. I was so frustrated with looking and we had a big celebration coming up in this house so I "settled" to get something in here. It came with a matching love seat which is in my daughter's sun room (shhhh...MrK thinks it might be downstairs-lol). so...that is my next BIG goal. We don't have a PB any place close to where we are-but there is one by my daughter.

I like the new maize slipcover very much! That color looks so good in there! Just wondering where do you keep all the pillows when not using them? I have an issue with too many pillows and not enough storage space. I also really love that Pepsi crate! I am a Pepsi gal through and through! So this is one crate I would really love. haha!

Kim, your sunroom is beautiful both ways! But I really like the maize slip cover and the additional touches of red and natural browns. They make a big difference in the feel of the room.

i love the color and with the red carpet it looks perfect .Great idea to tone down the tv cabnit it looks wonderful and the fruit plates just add the right touch of colors for the cooler season you always do such a great job you truely have a talent to detail:)
