Christmas Eve at My Brother's Home

I hope everyone had a super duper Christmas and enjoyed time with family and friends. We have certainly been doing just that.

Rachele is all dressed in her tartan plaid dress from Italy and ready to go to her Great Uncle and Aunt's house for our Christmas eve get together.

Our family get together was at my brother and sister in law's beautiful home this year. This is one of three trees. This one is in the open foyer.

These little trees were right inside the front door. Their whole house was just a glow in white lights.

Leila was asleep when they got there. She has on her plaid, too.

A shot of their beautiful dining room.

The table was beautifully set in gold and cream.

Some family shots by the tree. Son, dil  and grands.

Daughter, sil and Leila.

The living room with more bright lights and extra tables set up.

Pretty tree candles and a nativity.

Table in the breakfast room.

The other beautiful tree in the keeping room.

Warm fire in the keeping room.

Granddaddy and Leila.

Naomi playing with a new toy.

We enjoyed good food and family fun!

Have a wonderful Sunday,

KIM

So fun you had snow for Christmas! Just love your Christmas photos, and your brother's home is really lovely!
Enjoy the snow!

YOU HAD SNOW!!!! Could you believe your eyes when you had snow for Christmas?

The house is absolutely beautiful, Kim...and part of the way it "shows" is because you have a great eye for photography...but..what a Christmas treat to walk into that home. Your family is lovely and the kids are so cute...especially new little baby Leila. I see Granddaddy is already finding someone's little fingers wrapped around his heart. I have a feeling he is going to be a real sucker for his daughter's daughter!

Your son's family is just precious too. Those little girls in their plaid are adorable. Are they at your house through the weekend now? Our house is quiet this morning...and I think I am going over later to help my dd clean up after the onslaught of yesterday's event. Happy Holidays and hugs to you- Diana

Looks like a wonderful family gathering Kim. Your last shot with the snow and the pond are great. My camera was not mega expensive at all...however it does what all the Mega camera's do without the expensive price tag (Mike is really good) he even bought me the tripod. Have great day and enjoy your family.

Thanks every so much for stopping by my blog. Which is every so sparse at the moment. My holiday has been spent with a horrible kidney infection. I should be feeling better in a few days.
