This is two of the larger ones on this wall in the dining room.
I moved a smaller one and placed it above this picture.
Most of mine have six or more points.
I love them against the lighter walls.

What's nice about antlers is that they can go just about anywhere. So they look great in the dining room, Kim. Glad you survived grammy day! *grin*
ReplyDeleteHi Kim..
ReplyDeleteOhhh...I was wondering what you did with your pretty roe antlers! Girlfriend, they look fabulous...I love their new locations! I don't know if I have ever told you or not, but I love, love, LOVE your dining room drapes!!! Ohhh sooo pretty!!! You have such a gorgeous home, my friend!!! Looks like you found a perfect home for them Kim! So happy you survived your first day. How many days? Leila sounds like she is a really good baby. I should have sent Jack to you for a couple of days when he was that age LOL!!~ NOT!

Those antlers seem to look great wherever they are!!
ReplyDeleteOh DEER! I love them. They look fantastic! I actually have a set of antlers in our freezer... maybe it's time to have hubby finally get them mounted.
ReplyDeleteCan I name all the reasons I love this room? My husband's a hunter (sort of) so I love the antlers. They work so well with Country French decor. so now, the drapes, the huge china hutch, the ceiling color...on and on. Thanks so much Kim, for linking up to VIF!
ReplyDeletehugs,
Debra
Darn!! I was hoping you wouldn't find a place to hang them and you would send them to me. The antlers look really good where you have hung them. Remember if you ever get tired of them......
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Sherry

ReplyDeleteoh my i missed your update of your wall, i went back to look and its absolutely perfect, love, love, love it! I had suggested moving the antlers to a smaller wall in that post, i felt they would have a bigger impact and they do, the antlers look perfect in thier new home. Well done Kim, can you come and pull my living room together, i have been at it for almost 4 years and just can't seem to get it done where I can say I love it.

ReplyDeleteHi Kim, thank you for the sweet comment. I apologize for not having the link posted on my blog. I did have it in the sidebar though. I fixed it and listed the parties I am linking up to today and made reference to the sidebar. I hope that is adequate. I am not good with the link within the post. I really need to figure that out so that folks can just click on the title of your blog and just go there. I apologize again and thank you for hosting.
ReplyDeleteI really like the antlers you have displayed, but I have to tell you the antique buffet is gorgeous!
They do look fabulous on the light walls. Isn't it amazing how bloggers pay attention to such details?
ReplyDeleteThe room looks much lighter and fresh.
ReplyDeleteKim your home is so pretty...

ReplyDeleteI really like the new placement of the antlers, especially the ones behind the glass doors. In my memory, that's exactly the sort of corner that someone would hang them in the Alsace.
ReplyDeleteCharles Faudree would be proud.
ReplyDeleteThey look great in there!
How do you do it all?
Babysitting all day AND a new post?
You are a "Soopa-starrrrrr!"

Hi Kim~ I love the color on your walls in there!! If I change the paint color in my bedroom- which is being weighed- yes...no...yes...no... well, IF I do, I am thinking something similar to your color. I am going to have to find that update post and see what color it is. Your cabinet is gorgeous too :)
