Honey, Do You Know What Time It Is?

3.19.2011

That is what I used to hear all the time. Well, Mr. Savvy better not ask me again if he is sitting in his favorite chair where he can see not one large clock, but two.

Since making some changes in the breakfast room and kitchen meant moving things around I decided to place this huge clock here. I took this photo from Mr. Savvy's chair that he is in all the time.

If he turns his head to the right he can see this other large clock. Of course he could look at the time on the television, too if he could figure out the remote.

So that is three different ways he can find out the time from the comfort of his chair without yelling to me, "Honey, what time is it?" Yep, he better not ask me again! Just sayin!!

You know what else time it is? Tomorrow is the first day of Spring! Hip hip hoorah!

Have a good one!

KIM

  15. That's so funny. My husband always asks me the time and now I just automatically say 30 minutes later than the last time you asked me.

  16. Kim, my hubby does me the same way if I move a clock or even buy a new one. I love love love clocks and I cant resist buying them if I see one at a good buy. My sis in law does not even have one clock in her house and only has one mirror and it is in the bathroom. She also does not own not one single lamp. Mirrors, clocks and lamps are the 3 things you can never have enough of I think.lol

  17. Love all your clocks! Especially the one in the bookcase. So pretty! Spring has hit here hard. We have yellow pollen everywhere. It is disgusting. Tom can't even go outside or his eyes swell shut. We have to find an allergist! It was 87 here yesterday... if this is spring, I am a bit afraid of summer, but am ready for it to be here!!!!

  18. Kim I think Mr. Savvy will be fine now with your great clocks, You are one smart lady!!! I grew up in a house of a clock collector and I was never sure which one was correct so there is another problem that can occur, I am just for-warning you, hehe, KS

  19. Is this a universal male thing!!?? I have the same questions posed here all the time! That and "what's for dinner...?" which is why I got a menu-board. Perhaps I need to do the same thing with the clocks...

  28. Hip hip hurray is right! Isn't it funny how men can't find anything unless it is right in front of their "chair?" Our air conditioning system is about to go out. I told someone that if he had one blowing right into his chair, he'd be a happy camper. Because unless he's in his exercise room, he's in that darned chair.
