Look What I Won

4.11.2011

I cannot express my gratitude enough for all the kind words left about the loss of our cat, Rusty. Of course you made me cry, but I really needed that deeper cry that I had been holding back all weekend.
Now, let's move on to something happier.

A week or so ago I won a giveaway from Jennifer of Dear Lillie blog. There were actually two winners. One person won two pillows she made and the other won having photos edited. My friend Martina of Northern Nesting won the pillows and I won the photo editing part of the giveaway.

I wasn't sure what photos to send Jennifer, but I came up with a couple. Jennifer did a great job working with the photos I sent her which weren't all that great. Still waiting on that good camera.

I sent her these of Leila and I had sent the one of Bailey in my header, but she said she hasn't done a lot of animals and it was easier to do the baby pics especially since she is in baby mode right now. Jennifer is expecting her second daughter this month.

Here are the edited photos:

Now for the really cool ones.

Aren't they cute? Jennifer did such a great job with what I sent. Now I need a good camera and some editing programs so I can play, too.

If you haven't visited Dear Lillie blog you just don't know what you are missing. Her daughter Lillie is so cute and Jennifer is a very good decorator. You will love her home.

Now I just need to get me some copies to frame. I still only have Leila's newborn photo framed and she is almost six months old.

Thanks Jennifer for these wonderful photos.

I hope everyone has a super week,

Kim
