Change of Plans

5.14.2011

I was going to work out here today. The bushes need some manicuring.

I was going to enjoy the fragrance of this. It is fading fast.

I was going to clip more of this to bring in and fill my vase.

Then I wanted to sit and gaze at the pond, but mother nature has different plans today.
We have much needed rain coming in. That's fine I have an inside project to start.
Change of plans.

Happy Saturday!

  9. Yup...always have a plan "B". I am hoping to do some work outside today because they are saying we will have rain all through next week.

After the rains it will be about time to plant the tomatoes...

  10. We, for once, have a sunny day, so I'll be in the garden, weeding. I'm going to miss my garden and plants so much! I do look forward to creating a new garden though.
I love the stone work on your house, and the arched window. I've always loved the exterior (and of course, the interior!) of your home!

  18. Glad to hear you're rolling with it, Kim! I am kind of hoping for rain today, too. We never got what was predicted during the week, which was good, but some plants I put in last weekend and this morning could use it. I have started an inside project anyway, although I do have to do weeding. : ( Maybe, tomorrow.

  36. I was able to get out and work for quite a while today, and then the rain came. It's a good, heavy rain, though and not our normal NW drizzle, and the beds are bone dry, so it's welcome.
