Thanks so much for the response to my newly painted blue (Old Violet) buffet. Now, I will share what is on top. Love a good excuse to take more pictures. Yes, I am calling the buffet Old Violet now.
I just love Old Violet and think that just about everything will be showcased and look great sitting on her top! However, the blue books and that wonderful urn make a beautiful vignette! :)
Wonderful decorative use of old leather bound books. The addition of the foliage and weathered urn makes it come alive especially against the violet. Beautiful job!
This is such a lovely spot. Love the plates on the wall and the chest vignette is stunning. The urn is such a beautiful piece and I love that you stacked it on books. Thanks so much for joining TTT. Hugs, Marty
Old Violet looks beautiful! Love the vignette and the blue plates on the wall, very pretty! I really need to take a trip south because I can never find chippy urns like the ones you have Kim here and I love them. Martina
Hi Kimmie! I'll say Old Violet is certainly stylin'! She looks gorgeous and I just love all you done on top of her! Your lamps are so cute and Love the three plates flirting with her on the wall! :) Be a sweetie, Shelia ;)
Old Violet is looking good! YOu did a fantastic job on that piece and I like how the blue transferware picks up the color and unifies the vignette. Cool lamps too. ~Delores
Wow...you name your furniture? We only name our cars around here (well the kids do). Everything looks beautiful. I need to go back a post or two and see the rest.
