Vignette on Old Violet

Thanks so much for the response to my newly painted blue (Old Violet) buffet.  Now, I will share what is on top.  Love a good excuse to take more pictures. Yes, I am calling the buffet Old Violet now.

  7. I just love Old Violet and think that just about everything will be showcased and look great sitting on her top! However, the blue books and that wonderful urn make a beautiful vignette! :)

  12. Wonderful decorative use of old leather bound books. The addition of the foliage and weathered urn makes it come alive especially against the violet. Beautiful job!

  18. Old Violet is looking good! YOu did a fantastic job on that piece and I like how the blue transferware picks up the color and unifies the vignette. Cool lamps too.
