Come With Me Down Under

7.23.2011

One of the great things about blogging is meeting and making new friends from all over. I recently came across Gina's blog, A Sense of Design ,and love her style. She has been renovating her home on the north shore of Sydney, Australia.  I love that we can travel all over from the comfort of our home just by the click of a button. No packing, no waiting at the airport, and no long flight. Come with me as we take a little trip down under where Gina has graciously opened her home for us.

This is her gorgeous new kitchen that you may have seen featured already in blog land.

This is the before. Can you believe the transformation?

My other addiction besides pillows is lamps and she has some beauties. I love this one in her bedroom.

And just look at her bedroom. Love the stenciled wall behind the bed.

Cozy and welcoming living/dining room.

This is one of her recent projects. Another gorgeous stenciled wall and I love the lamps against that wall. She is going to make a mirror to hang above the chest. Can't wait to see it.

She has shared some of her beautiful countryside. I didn't know they had mountains like this.

So get comfy and take a little trip down under and snoop around her blog.
You will be glad you did.

Thank you, Gina for allowing me to share your blog and home.

Stay cool!

If I don't here from the winners of my giveaway by Sunday night I will pick two new ones.

  1. She really does have a great sense of style...I see so many wonderful pieces and some lovely artwork.

To see some amazing footage of the mountains in Australia you need to watch The man from Snowy River...either the movie or the series...amazing scenery.

Thank you for sharing her home via your blog.

    Blessings Kelsie
