I am not saying I love all these looks. Some are a little much even for me, but they are a great way to display art collections especially if you don't have many walls in your home. Some keep the frames all the same and some are a mix. I like both those looks. The cleaning bug in me thinks how do you keep all these dusted?
Here are a couple of blogger friends' gallery walls.
I love this family photos gallery wall by Debbie at Refresh Restyle.
This one by Lisa of House Dressing is exquisite to me.
Here is a peek at what I am working on this weekend.
I want to thank Carolyn of Sweet Chaos for explaining to me how to get the links attached to the pinterest photos. Blog friends are the best!

OMG, the one by Lisa is perfection to me! you are making me want to do a gallery wall!!!! I ahve so many pictures that I could use, I think I will start to get them together and then find frames. I think SIMILIAR frames might be my style??? Not sure as I love the look when they are all the same but Lisa's aren't and I adore her wall!!!! Thanks for inspiring me. XO, Pinky
Oh I love ALL of these great ideas and pins! I am going to have to do some re-pinning and check out your boards. Thanks for sharing these.
If you ever feel like linking up to my weekly Pinning & Singing party I would be so honoured! It's on right now if you would like to pop in for a visit.
Best wishes for a lovely weekend,
Natasha.
I love the kitchen wall with the mixer. That is so different.
Love the one by Lisa also, but it could have something to do with the arched opening next to it. Linear vs. Curve.

In our previous houses I have had a gallery wall... in This Old House I have just one in the downstairs bathroom... weird place for it, but I like it!
Kim that staircase one is stunning and my favorite! Happy Saturday!! Martina
I was just flipping through "Living With What You Love" this morning and thinking how much I would like to make a gallery wall. I'm leaning towards a floor to ceiling wall similar to the one by Lisa.
Your pictures are great inspiration! I'm really curious to see what you're working on.
Kim, thank you so much for featuring my gallery wall! I'm honored to have been included with all the others. I hope your enjoying your weekend, Lisa
Oh wow, so many choices! You will have so much fun deciding which one for you!
I love all of them, I'm glad I did one in the bathroom and now I am so doing one in the hallway.....
Gallery walls do add alot of interest in a room. The ones you have pictured are very nice. It's a great way to showcase a collection.
You might say I've had a "gallery" wall in every room. Some people considered it clutter. But I never knew when to stop, so just kept adding! Your grandkids' pics would look so nice that way.

Some are a little much for me too, but I love the concept of a gallery wall. It's a great way to hang an art collection. Thanks for sharing. ~ Sarah

I have a wall I have been eyeing up myself to create a gallery wall. Just not sure what exactly inspires me to start it. I think it really has to be reflective of your home and you. Yours is going to be fantastic.
Beatiful. I love doing an Old World Gallery wall of art/photos, etc., works very well in our house and is a bit unusual.
You have lovely things to look at and to thing about.

I like gallery walls, and I like them when there is a few items added that aren't pictures, like plates or antlers or bracket shelves etc. Those hold the most appeal to me. You have some great examples here~I love how the wall looks over the sofa in the living room of yours.
I love the one on the staircase wall - my favorite way to display photos and art. I usually have a large gallery wall, but when we painted I took it down and the items are all still sitting in boxes.
Hi!
Me again. I'm afraid too ask you but I'll try. Can you have my blog with you when you show your readers some blogs. I could really need some more readers and some tips.
Elna
Lots of inspiration. I can't wait to see what you are working on next!
Oooooh, can't wait to see that last item you are working on!!! =D
I noticed all your pins on your board! These are beautiful. I have a gallery wall upstairs of old family photos. I am still adding to it but I should show it. I hope you are having a great weekend!
I am also working on a gallery wall twinny!
Fabulous gallery walls, Kim ... yours is already beautiful, but I look forward to seeing what you add! I've been collecting different sized frames to do a family gallery walls ... what fun inspiration! Isn't Pinterest addictive?!
I love the intricate details. Can't wait to see the final output.
LOVE a gallery wall :)
You asked about how you keep them dusted - Velcro! I recently did one in my home and added some sticky backed velcro to the bottom of the frames so they would stay level and stuck to the wall for quick and easy dusting. A total lifesaver!
