Another Grand

12.20.2011

Yes, I have kept this one a secret. This Grand is actually my first one and her name is Chloe. Miss Chloe is staying with Grammy and G Dad a few days while her parents and sister Leila are on vacation in Florida. Yes, they are in Florida with Leila's other grands and I am dog sitting. What is wrong with this picture?

Chloe is the reason I wanted an inside dog after I kept her for a week a few years ago.

You would think Bailey would be happy that she has a playmate.

No, miss Bailey is giving me the cold shoulder because her territory has been invaded. Of course if
Chloe would play with her it would help. Chloe doesn't play with dog toys much. She just stays by me.

So I get this look. Isn't it pitiful? She is saying when does Chloe go home?

Chloe says get over it and take a nap.

Chloe is with us one more day and then Bailey can get her life back.

See you tonight for Wow Us Wednesdays!

  7. My little dog Belle is as happy (maybe happier) at my mom's house. She loves her Nana and Pop! Luckily my mom's cavalier loves Belle. Her dog is a male...maybe they aren't as territorial as the girls!

  8. oh bless, what a couple of cutie patooties..
My 4 poms girls are odd like that too and they stay together all the time.. Yet, I have 2 loners who rarely play with each other or the other 2 and two who lay fannie to fannie with each other and cry when one goes to the groomer.. They are like us I guess only they have no political correctness or have not been bribed to be nice to others they dont really care for lol..

  9. What a cute post! I bet you're having a "dog of a time" taking care of them together. Ha ha ha! Just had to go there. They look so much alike, I can hardly tell them apart.

  10. I think I know how Bailey feels. Our daughter will be visiting for a week beginning Thursday evening and bringing her sweet yorkiepoo named Rudy. My Raider just cannot be happy when Rudy is here. He loves the kids but another pup in the house is totally unacceptable to him.

  14. Kim, that is too funny. Poor Bailey. I also became a grand to 2 King Charles Cavalier and my daughter and son in law always refer to "going to Grandma's" when they come here... lol!! After our Cocker died go one myself. Our Cavalier is only 10 lbs and is quite adorable. However, she is very happy when Dash and Finn come to visit. Merry Christmas Kim!
