A New Mirror for the Master

I love French style mirrors. Love the shapes and intricate carvings that some of them have. I especially like antique ones. Only problem is they are out of my price range. So I have been looking and looking for an affordable one until I finally found one.

Here are some photos of ones I love plus my new one for my master.

This is my new mirror that replaced the large rectangular one that I had here. It isn't large, but it works in this spot.

The new mirror came from Joss & Main and part of it was with a credit I had.

Now, I must get my Christmas decorating started. I feel so behind. Christmas will be here and I will still be decorating.

Thank you Kim, I now realize that the mirror from my mother's house is a French style mirror. I have it in our dining room over a buffet that too was my mother's.

The mirror is stunning. It looks beautiful. We usually decorate the day after Thanksgiving, but decided to wait until next week since Thanksgiving felt so early. Now I am panicking too.

Hi Kim, the mirror is definitely drool-worthy! It really adds a lot of character to the space. And don't stress yourself out about the decorations. They'll get done. As long as the tree is up by Christmas, it's all good, right? :)
