This is the time of year that most of us will be spending lots of time in our kitchens. I haven't shown mine in quite some time and there have been some little changes with more of my vintage finds being added. So I thought I would share what it has looked like before the Christmas stuff comes out.
view coming in from garage
My next big project is to paint these beat up black cabinets. You can see how worn the top of this cabinet door is due to opening it so much to put our trash in there.
This is a fall arrangement I threw together several weeks ago. Soon it will be time to add Christmas.
I don't have a clue where Mr. Savvy got this meat grinder from, but he has had it forever.
Some changes have been made on top of the cabinets.
My copper collection has been growing.
Got the top vintage copper mold from One Kings Lane months ago to add to my collection.
This is probably the last time to see the cow canvases. They have been replaced again and I will share what with soon.
Now get in that kitchen and bake.

Still one of the nicest kitchens I've come across. I can imagine that everyone wlll gather there and that there will be some delicious things heading for the table!
It's beautiful. I love all your vintage collections! That is what my kitchen is lacking. Time to start getting out to antique and thrift shops!
Awe you replaced the cow canvases? Love those. I think I might have to search out some of my own. Have a great Thanksgiving and enjoy you beautiful kitchen.
Kim...I was so fortunate to see your kitchen in person....the pictures are beautiful of all the wonderful things and vignettes you have...but I must say it is more magnificent in person!!....Your attention to detail is amazing and your collections require a tissue...a tissue to wipe the drool off faces!!
Can't wait to see the new addition in the breakfast room!!
I love your kitchen. Will you repaint the cabinets black again? Do you like the two toned look? I really like it in your space. I'm thinking of going with red and cream for my kitchen cabinets.
Your kitchen looks like a wonderful place to bake in! What color are you going to paint the cabinets?
Kim, just love those dish towels- where did you get them?
Those poor cows, Kim. : ) Can't wait to see what you've put in their place. I'm looking forward to seeing your decorations, too. It's nice to see the change that is made when Christmas decor is added in.
Kim, I think I love everything about your kitchen! I especially like the black cabinets on the bottom and white on the top. It's just beautiful. I SOOO need to paint over my dark stained cabinets. If only I could talk my husband into letting me!
Debbie
My first time touring your kitchen and WOW! Its beautiful! I love all of your vintage collections!
Oh I love your vintage finds added to the kitchen! Your copper and scales are wonderful and I adore your bread box!
A beautful kitchen, Kim. Happy Thanksgiving week!
One of my favorite kitchens ever, Kim.
Hi Kim, Your kitchen is beautiful and so clean. Have a great Thanksgiving...Connie
Looks great Kim. I like how you've displayed the scales above the cabinets.
I really should find a cows head for our kitchen. It would fit right in.
Kim, what a beautiful kitchen you have! You have created so much interest with all your beautiful things, and yet it doesn't look cluttered. All your beautiful copper steals my heart! Have a wonderful kitchen.
Hi Kim, I enjoyed the tour of your kitchen. Your collection is wonderful. Love the fruit bowl! I'm looking forward to seeing it decorated for Christmas. Linda
Looks so good Kim with all the cow rustic decor. I thought those canvases were moved already at the stair landing? I can't keep up, you probably moved them back and I forgot. Happy Thanksgiving:)
Your collections are amazing - love the scales! Send me some of those Christmas cookies!
Kelly
What a fun visit this morning! I can tell that you love every inch of your kitchen and I bet it makes you smile every time you step foot in it, even when its time to clean up! Thanks for posting.
Honestly, Kim, your kitchen just inspires me. I love the way you incorporate so many vintage pieces yet still end up with a space that looks clean and not cluttered. You have a special gift, girl!
I love the cow above your stove. You should name him!
Beautiful kitchen, Kim. All of your personal touches makes it even more charming.
Trust you have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
Mary Alice
Kim thank you for sharing your beautiful kitchen! Are you planning in changing the color of your cabinets or keeping the same color? What a great copper collection!
xx

your kitchen is so warm and welcoming. my favorite is your pot rack filled with all the great copper pieces. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving, Kim!
very pretty, Kim. I love the copper, and I do love your distressed black cabinets. I'm sure they'll be fabulous with whatever change you make to them!
Your kitchen is beautiful with the black cabinets. I love that yellow vase and the box that says thyme. Great touches.
Cynthia
You're getting ride of the cow canvases? Oh, I love them!!! I also love your cow kitchen towel!
Beautiful kitchen!!!! Your copper on the pot rack looks so fabulous....love it!!!

your kitchen is so inviting. Have a beautiful Thanksgiving. Blessings.
Hi Kim, Everything looks fabulous! I love the cow prints but I know you hate it when we whine about keeping something where it is :-) Happy Thanksgiving!
Love your kitchen Kim, it is so bright and cheery. The cow hand towel is so unique, I love it. I had black cabinets in my last house. I loved the look, but felt like I was constantly dusting them. So I went with a dark blue, almost black and that wasn't much better. I like how distressed your are, you could certainly get away without any touch ups.
Your country french collections look great in there. I forgot what you were going to replace the cow canvases with. You'll have to remind me. I'm sure your kitchen will be buzzing later this week with your grand kids coming to visit too!
I just love your kitchen and home. It looks so cozy, perfect for the upcoming holidays!
I've always just loved your beautiful kitchen, Kim...welcoming and lovely!
Kim, Your kitchen is so beautiful! I love your style and all the decorative items throughout the room! Wonderful!! Have a blessed Thanksgiving! ~ Jamie
Love all that dangling copper.
Hi Kimmie! Oh, your kitchen is so beautiful. I just love it so much and you have so much space1 Love all your spiffing! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving.
Be a sweetie,
shelia ;)
Beautiful kitchen but I must admit that the "blue" vintage bread box stole the show and my heart.
I love your copper and pot rack!!
Your kitchen always looks great Kim! I love your pot rack filled with all those pretty copper pieces! I'm in the middle of changing up the cabinets tops too, not having much luck!
Always love it! Your kitchen was an inspiration for my makeover. I had to pin one picture!
I love it all...I would love to cook and eat in here!
Always a treat seeing your beautiful kitchen, Kim! How did I miss the new "Roosters" sign on your soffit? Love it. And, the new copper pieces you've added look wonderful. Of course, I'd still like to sneak one of your scales away for myself. Happy Thanksgiving!
Great ideas here - we're in the process of remodeling our kitchen; the new granite for the countertops is very similar to yours. I love your distressed black bottom cabinets and light top cabinets. I may experiment with this look!! Love your scales, copper and tile back splash too! Happy Thanksgiving!!
If you are selling the cow canvas's please let me know!! I love them so!
Your whole kitchen is so beautiful. I love the cow dishcloth too. Are the lower cabinets going to be painted black again?
This is such a pretty view of the kitchen! Seriously. I thought it was a magazine picture at first!
Have a blessed and wonderful day!
karianne
Lovely Kitchen Kim, and love the cows, but bet whatever you have replaced them with, will also be perfect.
Happy baking and wishing you a wonderful week, love from Afrique du Sud

everything looks so nice. Great copper collection.
Love your kitchen. We just got new granite countertops and a new granite sink, it looks just like yours! One quick question. I painted my island black and was just wondering if yours is distressed and if so, do you like it? I am debating on whether or not to distress. Otherwise I am so loving it.
Great kitchen, Kim! Love all of your copper accents! Can't wait to see it all dressed up for Christmas!
Oh, I just love that in your fancy kitchen you have a copy of White Trash Cooking!!! Hilarious!
The kitchen is too die for, Kim.
My goodness... I thought I am browsing my magazine.
Adorable in every inch and angle of your exquistie home.
Happy Thanksgiving Day (soon).
Greetings from Stockholm,

Kim, I love how your kitchen is a reflection of you and your interests. My favorite is your copper collection. Your copy of White Trash Cooking looks well worn!
I am probably one of your biggest fans when it comes to your kitchen! I LOVE it!!! But then again, I LOVE your whole house...can I move in? Wishing you and your family a blessed Thanksgiving.
Such a fun post. My favorite thing, and it was hard to choose, is the cookbook shelf. Love it. I'm heading to the kitchen tomorrow. Watching DWTS tonight. :o)
Beautiful kitchen, Kim. I love all your pretty accessories.
You inspire me, Kim!
I have so much to do! LOL!

I forgot how pretty your kitchen is, Kim. You have done such a nice job with it all the way around...from the paint to the cabinetry. I love that you are always changing stuff up a bit here and there. Hope you had a great Monday- xo Diana
I love your kitchen Kim. I want to paint my top cabinets white and leave the bottoms red but haven't been able to convince my husband yet. I will have to show him your kitchen. As for the baking...soon.
Your kitchen is lovely! I have some black cabinets that are slated for a makeover too. What did you do with the cow canvases? They are great! Can't wait to see waht you put there though I'm sure it's just as great!
Kim, you have such a gorgeous well decorated kitchen. I can't believe you don't love being in there cooking up a storm!!!
Your kitchen has always been one of my favorites - so warm and welcoming. Can't wait to see what you replaced the cows with!

Your kitchen is so pretty and has just the right touch of rustic and vintage. That cow head on the range vent is just a touch of genius, love it!
~Lynn
I have never had to tell anyone before that I really like the way their cow head turned out. I should also add that I really like the "dinner towel".
Bliss
Always a treat to tour your kitchen, Kim. I love the open space and cheerful ambiance of this room. ~ Sarah
Everything is lovely of course but I just love that THYME FOR COURAGE! : )
I want to sneak out with all those bread boards!!! ;) blessings ~ tanna
Your kitchen looks gorgeous, I love all of your vintage accessories you are adding. Beautiful. Thanks tons for joining TTT. Hugs, Marty
Just love your kitchen and always enjoy a peek at it. It's so welcoming and charming!
Kim, could you share the dimensions of your kitchen? It doesn't look huge, but it's packed with style and function.
Everything looks beautiful! What a warm and welcoming space.
I love your collection of copper pots and pans and that cow head--cool! Also love the tea towel that shows all the parts of a cow. When I was growing up on a farm, I was in 4-H, and I had my bedroom closet door covered with a cow poster just like that, and one for lambs and pigs, so I could learn the names of all the different parts!
Love your kitchen! The "white' side is especially my favorite. I like how you have mixed the cabinet colors and all of the vintage touches you have added.
~Shanon
