Their New Room

Sometimes I do my best thinking, or not so best, in this room if you know what I mean. I was thinking that I really wish I had some reading material, but I had the farm style stool in here and no place to set some magazines. So my mind got to thinking and I remembered the little table that was put away.

This is the little table that I shared in a post a couple weeks ago that I painted again.

It is perfect to hold some magazines on the bottom shelf and within easy reach.

The top holds my mason jar soap dispenser and some paper hand towels.

I placed several sachets that smell so good on this vintage silver tray to keep the room smelling fresh.

After I took the picture before this one I received these cute little heart sachets from Ann with an order. I will share what she made another time.

I replaced the burlap lined basket with this vintage pail for the waste basket.

As you can see this is where one of my cow hangings ended up and I have plans for the other one in a future project.

I love being able to shop my house and move things around as I am sure y'all are all well aware of.

Be sure and return tomorrow for another beautiful "favorite room" in my guest series.

I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one who thinks that the bathroom makes a good think tank! I even keep a notebook and pen in the vanity and often sit there late at night writing down ideas for projects! It's quiet, usually, unless one of my grandkids bursts in the door announcing they need to go potty! Oh well. LOL Hugs, Leena

Kim, I really like your BR. The table looks really good in there. You know what else I noticed? A Cottage Journal. I discovered this magazine just before Christmas 2012 when I bought the Christmas issue at BAM, and couldn't wait to get the Winter issue. I just love it. I haven't subscribed yet, but I am going to do so.
