Thanksgiving Recap

11.30.2013

There's no favorite room post today, but you can view all the past beautiful favorite rooms HERE. Starting next Friday the favorite room series will be a bit different for December. I have asked some past favorite room guest blogger's to share their favorite room decorated for Christmas. I can't wait to see what they share.

I hope everyone enjoyed a wonderful time with their loved ones yesterday I know we sure did. The food was so good. My daughter brined the turkey and that was the first time we tried that. Let me tell you that was the best turkey we have ever had.

I just wanted to pop in and share a few pictures I grabbed at my daughter's house.

There's the stools I painted.

Leila's room. No more crib.

Four generations.

Now it is time to get the Christmas stuff out and start decorating.

Have a super weekend!

  3. I see she has her mama's good taste :) What a darling house for a young couple! Leila's room is just precious. I'm dreading the Christmas mess too Kim, especially since I just finished putting it all together for the magazine shoot on Wednesday. We will be so happy when it's done though! Have a great weekend.

  5. Your daughter has a beautiful home! We had a wonderful Thanksgiving - we hosted. We are continuing the holiday all through the long holiday weekend. Hubby and I are headed out to a nearby little town where we love to antique and they will have carriage rides, Christmas decs, etc. today. Will be decorating tomorrow and who knows what on Sunday?!

  12. Your pictures look so good! Brooke's house was so pretty. It's nice to see how it looked before we all got there and messed up her pretty pillows on the sofa! LOL! Love the pic of you, mom, Brooke, and Leila together. We had a great time and the food was delicious. I think Brooke and Eric did a great job with hosting their first Thanksgiving.
