One Large Clock Three Ways (and a giveaway)

4.30.2015

I have a thing for clocks especially large clocks and was thrilled to receive this new one from Decor Steals. Only problem is where to hang it? We have such limited wall space with our open concept floor plan and tons of windows. I knew I would have to replace something already hanging in order to use this clock. Let's look at what I came up with.

I'm thrilled to be partnering with my friend, Yvonne to share how we have used this clock in our homes.

See, I told you it's a large clock! To try something a bit unusual and because I do whacky things I attached it to one of my vintage breadboards. The only part really showing is the handle, but that's okay.

The first place I hung it was in place of another clock I had here on this wall in the great room. The other clock has a very small face that Mr. Savvy can't even read so he liked this one so he can see it from his chair.

The next place I tried it was in the newly Renovated Guest Bath in place of the red antiques sign. I like the size of it here, but I don't want my guests to think I am rushing them or anything to come down for coffee and breakfast.

The last place I hung it was in the breakfast room as part of the Gallery Wall. I just removed one of the breadboards and placed it in the same spot. I didn't even have to move the nail. Perfect fit.

Tell me which spot do you like?

This large clock is today's Daily Steal! You, my readers, are actually getting to see it and the chance to get over to their site and buy it before it goes on sale at 10 EST. You better not delay because they will probably sell very quickly! Just click HERE.

  18. I like it in the breakfast room. I already have a huge clock on one wall of my kitchen which is really the only place I have for a large clock. So, I will pass.

  26. Well, for Mr Savvy's sake - I like it where he can see it...but I have to say that I like what a big impact it makes in the guest bath. I just think that is such an unusual place for it and it's just fun there. I didn't pay attention, but I suppose I am the odd man out here (or woman, I guess). lol Anyway-Hope you had a great day- xo Diana

  27. Definitely keep it in the breakfast room, Kim. It just looks like it was meant to be there among the bread boards. Plus, while you're eating breakfast, you can keep track of the time so you aren't late to work or wherever you are going in the AM. Perfect, right?
