Spring Foyer

4.25.2016

I periodically change the vignette on top of the chest in the foyer especially seasonally. I don't think I even shared how I had it styled after Christmas, but the other day I walked by it and decided to change it up again. I also changed a couple other things so lets take a little tour of the foyer today.

This chair was in the master bedroom and was a simple swap with the chair that was here.

I moved my vintage blue bottle collection in here and set them on a silver tray.

A large shell adds texture.

This old vessel was in a guest room, but it is the right size for this spot now.

My collection of vintage canes has grown and I keep them tucked in this large olive jar by the front door. This has been here for years.

I hung this old paint by number here a few years ago, too. See, not everything changes around here.
:)

View from the dining room.
The clock over the stairs used to hang in the great room.

 Y'all come back now!

  14. I think it must be a spring thing, I am changing everything around too, but I was being more cautious, now you have made me feel more daring, I shall move a few things from room to room, as opposed to just within the same room - thank you! Love the chest and the bottles with the shell.
