A Little Pretty and Peeks

7.31.2016

It's the last day of July and today I'm sharing a little pretty and some peeks from upcoming posts.

I love sunflowers and picked up four bunches at Trader Joe's. I added them to my vintage enamelware pitcher and placed them in the front guest room. If you noticed in the first photo there has been a change in this room....as always.

I worked on this last week.

Moving the bench from the sun room is just one of the changes in this room.
Sharing the new look tomorrow so be sure to come back.

Happy Sunday!

  1. Those sunflowers in that pitcher are so pretty! Very Van Gogh. The plain white is the perfect complement. The sunflower fields here are in full golden glory, and, happily, the flower vendors at the market have bunches and bunches of them. It seems everybody had sunflowers sticking out of their baskets--who could resist?

  5. You are so creative. I love the way you always seem to changing things up - mostly using what you already have to keep things fresh!

  11. I'm not a fan of yellow either in decorating or my clothing--except in daffodils and sunflowers! They are such happy flowers and I love the smell of daffodils. It's the smell of spring to me. I wish I could stretch those Spring days when the daffs are blooming clear to Christmas!
