June Highlights

7.07.2017

Did June just zip by or what? Even with me staying home most of the time while my foot continued to heal, I found out yesterday it finally has (YAY), the month just flew by. June was filled making my home summer ready and today I'm recapping some of those posts.

The deck was prepared to be enjoyed. Now, if we could just get more dry days than wet and our July outlook is not good. Much wetter than normal.

I shared how I added summer style to the guest bedroom hutch.

The great room got a mix of French and coastal styles for a casual summer feel.

An eclectic mix of styles say summer in the sunroom.

I shared how easy it is to dry hygrangeas.

The French farmhouse style guest bedroom is ready for summer guest in the softer shades of summer.

This pillow says it all in the other guest bedroom dressed in bright whites.

Wishing y'all a fabulous weekend while I learn how to walk again without limping!

  4. Good news on the foot! Did they prescribe PT? I hope so and take it slow and easy!

More rain here than usual too but it's a good thing. Everything is still so green and LUSH and no drought so far! Keeping the temps down a bit too! Thankfully we're having lots of "showers" and not all day downpours.

  8. Happy to hear that your foot has healed and now you can be up and enjoying the rest of the summer! Love your furniture upholstery....but how in the world do you keep it looking so nice and clean with a little dog in the house? We have 2 small dogs and oh my goodness, they come in from the yard with their dirty paws. :(

  9. When you water your hanging baskets do you take them all down? Or do you move the furniture?
