The Cutest Christmas Bedroom

12.04.2017

Welcome to the cutest Christmas bedroom! I started decorating this room really early after I found the bedding and the ideas started pouring into my head. I have to create as the ideas start coming to me or I have to write them all down as I will forget them.
I have been waiting to share this room and am thrilled that today is the day. For those new here my kids are grown with kids of their own so this is the grand kids room when they visit.

After removing most of the red in my house over the past couple of years here I am bringing it back. When I saw these red gingham duvets on the Pottery Barn Kids site I just had to use them in this room. Then I went shopping for some of the accessories and mixed them with things I had.

I already had everything on top of the chest and I purchased the Believe banner from an Etsy shop.

I love this little vintage style Santa in his sleigh and deer piece I found several years ago.

The deer heads were found at HomeGoods last month along with the plaid pillows. I knew those heads would be so perfect over each bed. The reindeer flannel pillow cases are from Pottery Barn.

The not a creature was stirring not even a mouse pillows were found at the Country Living Fair.

I added this furry rug to the floor which feels so good to bare feet.

I found all the Christmas books at HomeGoods. I should seriously own stock in that store.

A pair of vintage style children playing on a sled and ice skates sit on top of the chest of drawers. I have had them for years and love pulling them back out each year.

I hope you enjoyed this cute Christmas bedroom ready for the grands even though they aren't coming this year as they just moved from Nashville to Florida.

Much more to come and have an awesome week!

  8. So Cute...your grandkids will love it! I found some cute polar bear bedding @Marshalls last week that I couldn't resist. I already had a polar bear snowglobe that my late aunt brought me back from Manitoba one year so I went from there for one of the guest bedrooms and since its polar bears I can keep it up through January.
