Favorite Things

8.14.2018

Today I thought I would share a few of my favorite things.
No affiliate links. Just sharing some of my finds with y'all.

Summer will be ending in a few weeks, but I may not give up this fabulous indulgence I found at Publix this summer. It's pricey, but oh so good. Gelato Fiasco and my favorie flavor is the mascarpone pistachio caramel. Yum yum!

I bought this tunic from j.crew a few weeks ago and it's a favorite and Mr. Savvy compliments on it when I wear it.

These Ecco Gillian sneakers are oh so comfy. They don't carry the two colors I bought, but the new colors are really nice. I may need this new color. I found these on nordstrom.com.

I bought this jacket last year from jcrewfactory.com and it is my go to for a lightweight casual jacket. The green is actually darker in person and I know I will be taking this along on our Alaskan cruise next week. It was fifty percent off when I looked on Sunday.

This is another favorite from J. Crew Factory. I have it in this gray and navy. They call it a lightweight knit cardigan, but I think it's more of a medium weight. It works well with a tee, tank or even a button up shirt. You can dress it up or down. It's also on sale.

The Pick-Stitch Quilt from Pottery Barn is definitely a favorite. I have two in the tan color for the twin beds, a navy, a charcoal, and  ivory ones for the queen size beds and I just ordered this blue for the master. It washes and dries great. I always wait until they are on sale plus free shipping to purchase them.

So those are a few of my favorite things.

Happy shopping!

    1. If you will go on Pinterest and search Alaskan cruise all kinds of posts come up with what to pack and wear. You have to pack a good bit for Alaska. Happy sailing!

  3. Would you believe I've never tried gelato? I'm cutting way down on sugar and bread, potatoes, etc. (the white stuff), so that probably counts it out for me. I'll have to look up the sugar content. Cute tunic but no way will I be wearing long sleeves for a while! I really like that second jacket, I'll take a look at it. I always like the porcelain blue color although I'm not much of a Pottery Barn shopper. This is a fun post!

  5. I love that tunic.
If you're going to have ice cream, might as well go all the way with the best--gelato. I almost fainted from happiness the first time I had gelato in Italy.

  7. Oh, how I miss Publix! We had one within a mile of where we used to live but there isn't one anywhere near where we live now! I love the Pick-Stitch quilts. I only have one in ivory and I've been very pleased with it. Can't wait to see your pics from your cruise!
