Peeks of What's to Come

12.02.2018

For the past week I have decorated and tweaked and tweaked and decorated. This year you'll find mostly traditional decor with fresh greens, some faux in the mix, twinkly lights and deer.....well, a few in one room.
Today I'm sharing some peeks of what's to come.
It has been gloomy to down right rainy here and that's not good for taking pictures. Over the past few days you should have seen me jump up and grab the camera when the sun made a quick appearance. Miss Bailey would run barking because she thinks when I jump up that someone is here.

This is a peek at my dining room and as I said you will see deer.

This is what started the deer thing.

The neutral sun room.

No whole room makeovers, but just enhancing what was already in them.

And the foyer.

Now, I just need some sunshine to take more photos.

Enjoy the rest of the weekend!

    1. Anytime you would like to know where something is from just ask. These things are not given to me and I don't do affiliate links. Most of my pillow covers are from Pottery Barn and the Santa pillow in today's post was purchased last year from an Etsy shop.

  4. So pretty...can't wait to see it all! I too am enhancing my rooms rather than ringing too many whistles and bells. Feels so serene. Here is Minnesota our winters are so longgggg...I can direct a few real deer from my front yard if you would like:)

  5. It's very pretty. I can relate. October was so dark and dreary in Texas. It was so hard to get pictures.

I love enhancing and not changing everything out! Very smart, and I did the same thing this year. We have the dear deer, too. I wish I could put out "deer food" and they would leave my plants alone!
If you were getting any $ from advertising, you would have earned quite a bit from me alone! Especially Pottery Barn! I'm not sure how the affiliate thing works, but PB should take notice. Thank you for all of the great ideas.

  7. It's all beautiful, Kim! I love that Santa pillow, too, however, just curious as to whether you made the beautiful garland on your stairs or bought it at a market! I love that! You always have such great taste in d├ęcor!

    1. As I mentioned I already had them and pulled them out of my stash. I got them at HomeGoods a few years ago.

  11. Nothing but rain lately here, too. Your holiday decor is beautiful as always, though.
