.....Well, use your imagination here, please. I have put together a casual colorful tablescape to use some new things I have recently purchased along with several old pieces.
Come on in and have a seat, want you?
Don't you love the new chicken casserole dish? I made some poppy seed chicken. Yum.
For the centerpiece I pulled these pieces from other parts of the house. I put some burlap around the two potted plants and tied it with jute for a rustic touch.
Borrowed this planter from the bedroom.
The runner is from Williams Sonoma.
Took the candles and wrapped some jute around them and put a piece of burlap in this planter.
I purchased these sterling silver and cobalt shakers at the Biltmore House gift shop several years ago in Asheville, N.C.
Used a mix of napkins. I purchased the country French style ones in St. Simons Island, Ga. at the Tabby House long time ago.
Here is the yellow one from the same shop. Napkin rings are from World Market.
Red flatware was recently purchased at Target.
Love my new dishes from Tuesday Morning.
Green goblets were purchase several years ago.
The chicken wire chargers are a recent purchase at Pottery Barn. I always loved the square ones that
Delores from Vignette Design used in her tablescapes and now they carry round ones.
Just love all the colors and of course I love the rooster.
Red butter dish from Anthropologie.
Oh, good it is just starting to get dark out.
I love how the atmosphere changes with candlelight.
I just love these chargers. This is part of the fall line at Pottery Barn and they are selling out as fast as
they get them in. I did not wait for a sale because they probably will not be around for a sale and they usually don't put the chargers on sale anyway.
One last night shot.
Thanks for having dinner with me. I hope you will come again some time.
Linking to Between Naps on the Porch with our hostess, Susan.
Be sure and check out the other great tablescapes and get some great ideas to use in your home.
Y'all come back now,
KIM
