I can't believe how quickly this week has gone by. Thanks so much to all of you who joined my party this week and for all the very kind comments on all my Christmas decorations. Hope you aren't too sick of them yet. Still have a few more things to share with you. Today I finally was able to get some pictures of the outside front porch and window area.
Just a simple swag on the front door with a burlap ribbon tied on.
Lighted garland hung around the door and a couple of lanterns and of course my dog.
Here he is sitting nice and still by the giant sized lantern that I purchased at Home Goods a few years ago for twenty dollars! I quickly put it in my cart and ran to the check out before they realized their mistake.
Of course I had to dress my pup up.
Added this little wreath to the top of the lantern
This lantern is on the other side.
Giant wreath purchased last year from Hobby Lobby at fifty percent off, of course. Just added some giant red bells. May add some more stuff next year.
Starting to get dark.
Here it is a night!
Oh, I caught the blue hour. Thanks so much for stopping by. It's cold outside so come on in and I will fix you a nice cup of hot chocolate with whipped cream or marshmallows. I have both.
We have our first family Christmas party at Mr. Savvy's youngest sister's house on Saturday. Lots of people and lots of good food. In fact I need to get busy fixing mine.
I hope y'all have a great weekend. Get that decorating done and the shopping, too. Christmas will be here in the blink of an eye!
