What a glorious day it is here and Mr. Savvy and I had a good time at the
Antiques Market.
I was really surprised at how quickly we finished and got home.
Let's just say the prices there were a little on the high side like I was told.
So we were able to skip a lot of the booths just by looking at them.
I did manage to find a few little things and will share them soon.
Oh, and something funny....Mr. Savvy saw these tulips in the kitchen this morning that I bought
at the grocery store yesterday and he said, "Are those the roses from me to you for Valentine's Day?"
Yes, dear that is what those are. Poor thing he doesn't have a clue when it comes to flowers.
I will keep him though he did go shopping with me!
We are going to go out to eat tonight and not mess with the crowds tomorrow night.
HAPPY VALENTINE'S TO ALL OF YOU
XOXO,
KIM
I will be back with my regularly scheduled post tonight.
Sweet Tulips in that galvanaized pitcher - love it! Hope you have a happy Valentines Day! xoox
ReplyDeleteLove the tulips! I just did a post with tulips too. The perfect spring flower.
ReplyDeleteYou are lucky your man goes to the antique market with you. My late husband used to love to go to all those types of things. My current husband? If it doesn't involve hunting,...it isn't worth his time. Be grateful and have a wonderful Valentines Day.
ReplyDeleteHi Kim-
ReplyDeleteI have some purple tulips sitting in my kitchen that a friend gave me. They look so pretty against the backdrop of snow outside my window. I loved your post yesterday about the UPS truck - soooo true! I laughed out loud - YES -I hide the boxes!
My hubs would say the same thing about the tulips - he is a bit clueless when it comes to visual stuff. :)
My best- Diane
That's a man for you LOL... But you gotta love them.
ReplyDelete~~Pattie~~
Adore these photos...Tulips are what I have hinted (told) hubby I want for Vday...will be shocked if I actually get anything though...Maybe I should just go buy my own :)
ReplyDeleteBlessings Kelsie
