Hope our friends along the path of hurricane Irene stay safe.
I must go play at that party too. You have a great collection.
ReplyDeleteI enjoy using pitchers for vases too. Must make use of the things we have... :-)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos! I inherited a knack/interest in flower arranging from my mother. Often, I hear her speaking to me, as I place a flower or pick the vase. Beautiful, fresh flowers add so much to a room, and one of my favorite things about summer is to be able to walk out into the garden and pick what will soon become a beautiful arrangement!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures. I love your table set with the red and white linens. Have a good weekend Kim!
ReplyDeleteGORGEOUS, as always. Something almost meditative about visiting your blog, it's so calming and inspiring.
ReplyDeleteYou had a lot of fabulous ideas Kim. I love the table scape, one of my favs! Have a great day.
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures and great ideas. Hugs, Marty
ReplyDeleteVintage mason jars are my all time favorite vases! You have lots of others I admire, too. ;)
ReplyDeleteFunny that you should put this post up, when just this morning I was looking at my vase shelf and thinking that it needs a good clearing out and a trip to drop some off at the Salvation Army store.
ReplyDeleteThe mason jars stole the show for me!

What a fun party!!
ReplyDeleteI love your ideas:)
Great ideas Kim. I use pitchers all the time for flowers, my favorite is filling them with tulips. Have a great weekend! We're busy putting all the patio furniture in the shed just in case Irene hit's hard! Martina
ReplyDeleteWonderful ideas Kim. I have an Ironstone coffee pot I bought without a lid (and it was really inexpensive that way) to hold flowers. I love the basket idea.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful... I am not a big fan of red, but the tulips in the coffee pot is GORGEOUS! :)
ReplyDeletemy favorite is the white coffee pot vase...that I could do...maybe I will go searching the vintage shops for a coffee pot to paint.
ReplyDeleteGreat ideas and beautiful pics!!! XO, Pinky
ReplyDeleteI'm loving that lovely bit of yellow pottery. Such a happy color. I love the rustic well used look of that piece. Thanks for the great ideas and inspiration!!
ReplyDeleteEverything you do looks like a million dollars. Just love it. Lori L
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful pictures and such great ideas. Thanks ~ Ruth
ReplyDeleteKinda makes me sad I got rid of my silver revere bowl!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much. I have been sitting here since the Hurricane passed doing nothing but being bored, eating and facebooking. Your post has put me in the mood to go "play" with some pretties. Love all your pics.
ReplyDeleteLove all your different "vases", Kim. You have the touch! xo Diana
