We are on our way to visit these places that have been on my bucket list for quite some time. Also traveling around some other places close by, too. This is our first real vacation in over five years. I have a couple of guest posts lined up for your pleasure and the Wow Us Wednesdays party will go on as usual. I will still be around, but hopefully to busy to say or do much. Follow me on facebook and hopefully I will be sharing some instagram and other photos along the way.



If all goes well this should be our first stop to visit this blogger and her new store in Boston.
Never thought this southerner would be meeting up with a blogger in the northeast.

    Hi Kim, you are going to love it!! We go every year to nantucket. It's a beautiful place.Your going to love the cobblestone roads, and all the cute shops.The ferry ride is great too!

    Kim you are going to LOVE all those places, Cape Cod is so pretty and quaint! Boston is always a favorite of ours. Lucky you to go and visit Amy's store, next time we're in Boston that's going to be my first stop! Have a great time!!

    If you're in Falmouth and want the best lobster roll on the Cape - try the Quahog Repuplic Dive Bar. The place doesn't look like much but as the sign on the door says, "wicked good eats". The lobster roll is a whopping 10 oz of lobster meat.

    Be sure to have a bowl of clam chowder at the Brotherhood of Thieves and take a walking tour of Nantucket. You will just love it. Have a great trip!!

    Kim what a great vacation! I lived on Cape Cod back in the 70's and loved it! Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket are amazing. Boston is a fun town!

    You will be thrilled with the beautiful scenery, but everything is waaaaay different than our Southland...not in a bad way, of course, but different. Boston is one of my favs, and the Cape.

    Enjoy yourselves - just returned from an East Coast cruise romp- NYC, Boston, Newport, Bar Harbour, St. John, Halifax - was perfect weather and the trees are just now starting to show colour.

    Kim have a wonderful time!!! It is going to be just magnificent up there this time of the year. Our leaves are changing but are still more green than colorful. New England is about 2 weeks ahead of us so the sites should be spectacular!
