Happy July!
In the last few weeks I have been sharing with you how I have slowly been updating a few things in the sun room.
In the last few weeks I have been sharing with you how I have slowly been updating a few things in the sun room.
First I shared how I updated the round table, in the corner, by painting it with Miss Mustard Seed Milk Paint in Flow Blue.
Then I showed you how I added some summer vignettes with Mr. Savvy's framed Naval shirt and seaside accessories.
Yesterday the grain sack painted table was revealed.
.
I know you're saying yea yea we have seen all that already.
Yes, yes you have, but you haven't seen the big picture.
Because I have been saving it for this week.
The first week of July. The week that's all about the red, white and blue.
Now, I don't normally decorate for the Fourth of July, but I saw a flag bunting made out of all flag printed bandanas on pinterest, from Party City, and thought what a cute idea.
Now, I don't normally decorate for the Fourth of July, but I saw a flag bunting made out of all flag printed bandanas on pinterest, from Party City, and thought what a cute idea.
I didn't go to Party City, but went to Hobby Lobby and bought six flag printed bandanas and six regular red bandanas and tied them together. Well, it didn't take that many so I have some leftovers.
I love this flag pillow from Pottery Barn and it works perfectly mixed with my other pillows.
One of the extra bandanas got tied to the little blue chair.
The bunting was not easy to hang, since it involved moving furniture, so it may just hang there for a while.
I hope y'all have a great week. I know lots of folks are on vacation this week.
Kim....OK.....you are wowing me again! So using the scarf idea for a July 4th party I'm helping with!!!
