I don't normally overexpose my pictures, but thought I would play a bit this week after changing the arrangement on my dining room table.
I put the large wooden tray that was here before away and brought out my vintage grain sack.
I added my two Chinese ginger jars and a large jar filled with freshly cut hydrangeas.
It was actually cloudy out when I took these, since we can't seem to get rid of the rain, but overexposing makes it look like it was bright and sunny.
I love how the blue hydrangeas are in many different shades from a bright blue to lavender and even some green.
The deep pink ones are from a new little bush I planted late last summer and it is very tiny, but loaded with blooms. I'm looking forward to that bush getting large like my blue one.
So just by shopping the house and cutting some fresh colorful flowers I have a pretty summerscape.
Now if we could just get a few days of nothing but sunshine.
Enjoy your day and be sure to return tomorrow for this week's favorite room guest post.
Contrast and brightness are your best friends!
