I normally don't buy any sunflowers until mid September, but I had to buy these for a little photo shoot that I will tell you about at the end of the month. So since I had these I thought I would take some shots of them in the dining room where I placed them.
When I got the email asking if I could send a shot of a certain room dressed for fall and maybe use some sunflowers, I thought sure no problem.
Then after I agreed I panicked and thought where can I get sunflowers?
They needed this photo pretty quickly.
Then my pal Shirley told me Trader Joe's should have them.
So on the way home from the Haven conference last weekend I stopped at Trader Joe's and grabbed two bunches.
Sunflowers make such a good subject for photos.
I'm loving them in the dining room for now.
The room, the company requested, was styled for fall, the photos taken and sent in and they said, perfect.
All ends well.
I hope you have a super week and come back tomorrow for the new paint color reveal, finally.

ReplyDeleteThat's it - I'll just have to pick up some sunflowers this afternoon. There's no room in the house that doesn't look better with a sunny bouquet.
ReplyDeleteThe contrast of the warm (hot) tones in the sunflowers is striking against the cooler whites & blues of the hutch! Love that blue on the back wall of your hutch by the way - I'm not brave enough to do it but have been considering that for years :-)
