I have prepared the guestrooms for my son, daughter in law and the grands who will be here Christmas eve only and will have to go back home on Christmas. Even though it is just a one night stay I still want them to be comfortable and have a little Christmas cheer in their rooms. This green room got a bedding change since I shared it last time in the fall. You can see that look here. I seem to have a thing for bedding, among many other things, and have quite a few duvets, shams and pillow covers so that I can change out the look easily. Last Christmas I used red and white in here, but went a different direction this year.
I removed one ironstone plate and added my Santa head that I have had for years. This was a very easy change.
I have had this floral comforter for years. It is a Ralph Lauren pattern and I mixed it with my other Pottery Barn bedding.
The green buffalo check pillows were bought at the Country Living Fair from Freckled Laundry. I got these on the last day at 50% off which made the two twenty inch down filled pillows only $40 for the two.
I added this cheetah pillow that I have had for years for a fun look. Can't go wrong with a little added cheetah.
I stuck this tiny faux tree in my silver wine cooler and wrapped some simple garland around it.
This tiny star garland is from France that I ordered from Cat when she had a sale.

I'm loving this mix of patterns......for now.
Tomorrow come back for my favorite room to add Christmas cheer to this year.
Now, I must get some wrapping done.
Gosh less than a week to go.
