Did y'all have a good weekend? We sure did and got a lot of yard work completed. Feels good to have some of our list done.
A few weeks ago I shared some peeks of pillows in this guestroom. With a couple changes made since I shared those here is how the farmhouse style guestroom looks now.
This is one of the peeks I shared and in the next photo you can see the change I made. I used the white linen pillow in this photo in the green guestroom that I shared last week.
I ended up using my very bold floral pillows instead and I love how all the fabrics work together.
Last year I used the floral pillows in the sun room.
The madras plaid Euro shams started the whole domino effect in here. I found them advertised in the House Beautiful magazine with the link to where to purchase them from. Madras just says summer... or spring.
The blue ticking duvet and shams are from Ikea and only $39 for the whole set. Move over Pottery Barn.
I found this vintage grain sack pillow on etsy.
Remember the grain sack basket liner I had put over a foot stool in the sun room? Well, now I placed it in this wire basket.
I found this fabulous berries crate on etsy. It was supposed to come with 12 berry cartons in it, but it came without them. I contacted the seller and got a small refund.
I'm using the crate to corral things together on top of this trunk in place of the basket.
This is how it looks for now.
It's so comfy and IKEA's prices are amazing!
ReplyDeleteEverything looks great. I love the colors of the pillows. The florals and plaids work well together. I love the bench at the end of the bed. I'll have to get my hubby to build me one.
