I am so excited that I am on my way to the Luckett's Spring Market in Leesburg, Virginia for the first time. It will be close to a ten hour drive, but I'm sure it will be worth it. The mister and I will be meeting up with
Shirley and her hubby and we will do some sightseeing on Friday and then go to the market on Saturday. I borrowed these images from
The Luckett's Store site.
I can't wait to see what all is for sale this year. Not that I need anything, but I'm going to look.
Follow me on
Instagram for some peeks of my trip.
Please come back tomorrow for another guest blogger's favorite room. Hopefully all will work since it is set on automatic.
Have a fabulous weekend!

Safe travels and see you soon!!!

Hi Kim--there are other shops in Lucketts having sales on Friday, as well as on Saturday and Sunday. If you are driving up route 15 from Leesburg, VA, about a mile before you come to the Lucketts Store you will see a pink silo with black polka dots on the right side of the road. It's the landmark for a vintage shop named On A Whim, located inside a light-green barn. There are also two other vintage shops that share the same driveway and parking lot--Rust and Feathers at the end and the shop where I have my space, The Hummingbird's Nest, on the right as you turn into the driveway. Also, right beside the Lucketts Store is another cute shop called The Beekeeper's Cottage. I'm sure you will not run out of things to see in Lucketts! Hope your trip to Virginia is a safe one!
ReplyDeleteLooks like fun. Have a great time!

Wishing you a great drive and a fantastic weekend. Lucketts looks like it would be a fun day for sure. I just googled Leesburg and it is about a 7.5 hour drive + border crossing time. Certainly doable so I may have to add this to my wish list for next year.
ReplyDeleteGoing to Lucketts is on my wish list. Maybe we need to start bloggers' bus tours! Y'all have fun!
ReplyDeleteYou will be in my neck of the woods so to speak, I wish I'd known, I could have driven up to meet you on Friday! Have a wonderful time!
