Sometimes I like to just grab my camera and capture what I'm seeing in the moment. Some are outside shots, but were taken from inside since I can't go out in my pj's.
All photos were taken on the front side of the house that faces east except for the last one of Miss Bailey in the sun room on the back of the house in her favorite spot.
My Canon EOS6D was set on P and ISO on automatic which I don't normally use and was thrilled to see how the shots turned out.
Have a beautiful day!
Don't forget to follow me on IG.
These are beautiful photos, but could we have a couple of the entire room that's featured? You've done such a great job, I'd hate to miss the room in it's entirety.
ReplyDeleteMargaret, these were taken in several rooms. I have shared them in their entirety many times. You can type sitting room, foyer, dining room in the search box for several blog posts. Thanks
DeleteLove the photo of Miss Bailey the best!
ReplyDeleteThanks Betty.
DeleteGreat pics! I do the same thing, except I go outside in my flanel pjs. Ha! Have a great day Kim. I also follow you on IG. Sheila
ReplyDeleteSheila, if our road wasn't so busy I would, too.
DeleteI just found your blog and love it. You've definitely created a French home!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much. What a complement!
DeleteGreat shots, Kim! Happy Sunday!

ReplyDeleteIf I didn't live on such a busy street I would. I can go out back with no problem. :)
DeleteVery pretty photos Kim. Awwweeee, the beautiful Miss Bailey!
ReplyDeleteOne of my favourite things to do, wandering around with my camera taking random shots. Your's make a beautiful album this morning, great photos of your French American home. Have a wonderful Sunday
ReplyDeleteLooks like another beautiful morning around your house. thanks for sharing it with us.
ReplyDeleteLove Miss Baileys pic !!
ReplyDeleteMiss Bailey's pic is the best! One of the things I love about where we live is the privacy - almost every single morning I take "the pup" out in my nightie. LOL
ReplyDeleteBailey is so cute, and I just love EVERYTHING that you have in your home Kim!
ReplyDeleteThank you Kim...for a moment I was envisioning Jello shots. Guess that comes from our old neighborhood, where everyone partied except us. We are more the camera shot type.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous shots. Miss. Bailey wins! :)
ReplyDeleteI live so far in the woods on a dead-end dirt road, I go out in less than PJs quite often. LOL Looks like Miss Bailey has healed.
ReplyDeleteLovely ! I confess I go outside in pj's if caught I wave and smile..sn D wave and smile...as only the Queen would!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, Kim!
ReplyDeleteGreat shots! I like to do the same thing but never thought to make them a post:) Hope you had a lovely Sunday!
ReplyDeleteWonderful photos Kim - what a pretty yard (and of course little Bailey!!) So funny because I got a better camera when I started blogging, but it's my husband who just randomly takes artsy pictures when I'm not home, then the next time I pick up the camera, there are all these beautiful shots on my camera!
ReplyDeleteSheila
Love your morning shots...you do have beautiful light in the mornings!...Love the pics of Miss Bailey the most sunbathing!
ReplyDeleteLovely photos Kim! I love your tip too, will have to try that!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful Monday morning here for me visiting you and all the beauty you create and design.
ReplyDeleteBreathtaking randomness, and what about your dinning room? I have always been drawn to this space of Frenchness :)
Beautiful week ahead of you.
