I have been blogging for seven years and have many new readers. So today I thought we would travel back in time a bit and share some of my past spring posts since tomorrow is the first day of spring. There have been lots of updates over the last seven years. You'll see some things that are long gone and some pieces that have been updated and/or moved around to new spots in the house.
You will also see pictures taken with a point and shoot the first few years. Thank goodness new equipment and lots of practice has improved my photography.
Just click on the link below each photo to see the full posts.
I remember some of your very early posts, Kim. Even now, they still look good. Things always change and it is fun to look back and see the 'history'. Have a wonderful Sunday- xo Diana
ReplyDeleteI always enjoy these "looking back" posts. I think I have been with you since the beginning and have loved everything you've done! Happy almost spring!

ReplyDeleteI'm sure you will soon have some "new" spring pics to share. Isn't it funny to see how one's style has changed.
ReplyDeleteI remember some of those spaces! They still look great but it is so cool to see how your style has changed over the years. It makes me feel better because I know mine is evolving too. I thought maybe I was the only one. :)

Love your home in every season and I think Spring is right there on top! Happy Spring!
ReplyDeleteI am a new friend and love your blog! It's great to look back on the projects and compare to your ides of today!
ReplyDeleteThese posts are a great testament to using neutrals as a base and then changing accessories, as well as moving pieces from room to room. I have been reading your blog for about 6 months and enjoy it so much! Thank you.
ReplyDeleteI have a question. Are the bed side lamps in white the same ones in the previous picture that were brown? If so, what did you use to paint them?
ReplyDeleteYes,spray paint.
DeleteThat's my kind of painting! Is it a gloss?
DeleteNo, I did not use a gloss.
DeleteHappy Spring, Kim (as of tomorrow!). I like looking back too. It is fun to see how our tastes change!
