Thank you so much for all the lovely comments on my Master Bath Reveal post. Today I'm sharing the master bath details and sources. None of the products were sponsored. We remodeled out of pocket just like the everyday Joe and who knew a bathroom remodel could cost almost as much as new small car? 😮
So without further ado here are the master bath details.
All the tile was purchased from Floor & Decor.
We have been buying our tile from there for years.
We have been buying our tile from there for years.
Shower subway tiles and the tile on the wall over the vanity: Villa Heirloom Porcelain Tile in Clay.
Floor tile: Mansfield Amber Wood Plank Porcelain Tile and we had it laid in a herringbone pattern.
Mosaic tile on the shower floor, niche and inset:Valentino Gray Diamond Marble Mosaic.
The trim tile around the niche and edging the tile walls are some trim pieces that were loose in a bin.
They are the perfect finishing touch. There wasn't any matching end cap pieces for the subway tile so we were glad we found something like this.
I am so glad we did the subway tile on the wall over the vanity. I had to talk Mr. Savvy into this.

I'm not paid to say this, but these products from Signature Hardware are all made from brass and there are no plastic parts. They shipped everything quickly and very well packaged and the prices beat a lot of the other companies.
The cute scalloped linen cafe curtains are from the Etsy shop La Fortune Linens. Ann does fabulous custom work and she made my dining room drapes, too.
The rod, rings and finials in polished nickel are from Pottery Barn. I lucked up on getting them when they were on sale and free shipping.
The monogrammed bath mat was bought on sale from Horchow. I don't ever shop Horchow, but this was a good sale and I loved their monograms. It took forever to come though.
Bath towels are the Heritage white towels from Williams Sonoma Home. I purchased these last January when they had their white sale. I love these thick absorbent towels. I bought the sets with the face towels and washcloths.
The bottles and apothecary jars are all old.
Of course there has to be nice bath essentials. The pink dead sea salts are from Magnolia Home.
The large milk bath salts are from Pottery Barn.
The bag of bath salts is from bastide.com.
The jelly dish used to hold the bath salts is vintage.
The gingham vanity stool is from Ballard's. I ordered this back in July when they were having a sale and free shipping so I jumped on that deal. The date to be shipped was September 18. A few days before that date I get an email stating it wouldn't be shipped until October 25. The email said I could cancel the order so that is what I did since I was not waiting that long. Then on September 18 or 19 I get a shipment notice email and the darn stool that I cancelled has shipped. Problem is a bought another stool from Pier One which was cheaper and wasn't custom so it was shipped quickly. I called Ballard's about the stool being shipped, but was put on hold forever and I hung up. I just waited for the stool to arrive and then decided to keep it. So I have two stools. I will show you where the other one ended up soon. It all worked out in the end.
The shower glass and handle are from a local company called Gwinnett Window and Door.
The quartz counters are from Affinity Stoneworks in Alpharetta for any locals who may need counters.
Cabinet hardware is from House of Antique Hardware.
These are glass and polished nickel.
The pottay is by Glacier Bay sold at Home Depot.
Antique bronze mirror found on Etsy from France. I was hoping to use it, but it doesn't magnify.
That's alright I like it on the shelves.
Vintage French rack from an Etsy shop and the backpack bag is from dreamywhitesonline.
My favorite accessory is this vintage French child's chair found in an antique shop.
Monogrammed towels from Front Gate.
Colors:
Walls and ceiling: White Dove in Regal Matte
Trim, doors and built in shelves: Chantilly Lace in Regal semi gloss
Vanity cabinets ended up being a custom color.
All paint by Benjamin Moore.
I was going to do a cost breakdown, but instead I will just tell you that when we started this project Mr. Savvy said he would like to keep it under $14,000. I thought that would be very doable. Well, no, no it wasn't. It was a good bit more than that even with us doing the demo, electrical and painting, but
it was worth every penny and every inch of dust.

It is absolutely dreamy!! All your choices work together perfectly!
ReplyDeleteYes it was worth it! You have a beautiful bathroom suite to enjoy for years now. :)
ReplyDeleteA most dreamy bathroom indeed!! A project beautifully done!! Now what’s the next one??!!
ReplyDeleteIt is wonderful! thank you for the honest lists....

It really is a gorgeous bathroom Kim...worth every penny I'm sure. Now...what's next on the list? ;)
ReplyDeleteYou made excellent choices, Kim, and they are not 'trendy' so the bathroom will not look dated anytime soon.
ReplyDeleteIt is just beautiful and I hope you enjoy soaking in that great new tub. xo Diana
I agree... the room is timeless...
DeleteOh Kim this is heaven. Love this bathroom. That faucet is so great. That is a true spa bathroom. Gorgeous does not even cover how beautiful this came out.
ReplyDeleteKris
It is just stunning Kim. I love all the choices you made. What a wonderful retreat.
ReplyDeleteIt turned out wonderfully!
ReplyDeleteI looked up your subway tile online...and the only color they have is taupe. Is that the color you have? It looks more "greenish". Thanks for all the information. So so pretty. I'm not surprised it was more than $14K...we re did our Master Bath back in 2007 and it was over $12K back then replacing basically what you did.
ReplyDeleteNancy the color is clay. Thanks
DeleteThey show four colors when I look it up.
DeleteIt is absolutely wonderful; I wouldn't change a thing! <-- and for me, that says a lot :)
ReplyDeleteCongratulations and enjoy for many, many years to come!
I love every single detail, and the vanity stool is icing on the cake!
ReplyDeleteYou must feel like you're in a high-end Hotel each time you walk in. It's gorgeous!!
ReplyDeleteKim,
ReplyDeleteYou have a gorgeous high end master bath reno no doubt. When you revealed the first pics I knew from the quality of materials this project was going to be in the high teens to twenties price range even with Mr. Savvy doing some of the work.
My hubby and I recently went on a Parade of Homes Tour and I can tell you that in all the homes we went into I didn't see a master bathroom that looked half as beautiful as yours. The quality just isn't there in many of these new homes and we saw many cheaper materials being used and weren't impressed. I think Mr. Savvy was smart in wanting to stay put and doing upgrades. That's what we have decided to do as well especially after seeing the prices compared to quality in newer homes.
It is such a beautiful bath Kim.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful and relaxing thank you for sharing with us
ReplyDeleteLove it all Kim! Every detail is beautiful and I'm sure you'll enjoy it for years to come.
ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful space Kim!
ReplyDeleteYou made sure that every detail was thought out, and you can feel the luxury in the pictures. I know it cost more than $14,000, since we redid our master bath summer of 2016 before moving into a home new to us. Ours was that, and still we have no accessories, art, in there yet. Your bathroom has inspired me.
ReplyDeleteYour bath came out beautifully! Thanks for the tip on Anne from Etsy I just might need her sometime!
ReplyDeleteYour bathroom is really dreamy and it was a pleasure to see each detail in this post.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful timeless bathroom! I'm looking at the same color scheme and I'm curious to know how the crackle tiles are holding up. Any issues as far as mold? I've heard crackle tile needs to be sealed and might not be the best choice for a shower wall...I absolutely love the look though. Gives it that little extra...
ReplyDeleteThe crackles are not open it's just the look. They are ceramic and there will be no issues with them. Thanks
DeleteThanks Kim, that's helpful info.
DeleteDo you mind sharing your grout color?
ReplyDeleteIn the shower and the tiled wall is Biscuit by Marpei.
DeleteThank you!
DeleteWhat brand/color is your quartz counter?
ReplyDeleteI have no idea. I bought what they had in stock.
DeleteDo you know what color grout you used with the subway tile and how big were your grout lines?
ReplyDeleteGrout is by Marpei and the color is biscuit. I think the spacers were 1/16th for the subway tile.
ReplyDeleteHi Kim! You are a lifesaver- I have been debating between the Villa Heirloom and the Heirloom Pewter (both from Floor & Decor) for weeks! However, I know the grout color can change everything. I was looking for a light gray- did you feel like the Villa Heirloom that you installed gave that slight grayish color? Sometimes it looks cream and then it can change to light gray. I felt like the other option of Pewter Heirloom was too dark. I have few days to decide and hoped to get your advice. I'm looking for a nice warm light gray color to for my kitchen. Thank you for your help!
ReplyDeleteI don't think it looks gray. It is a taupe color and looks beige to me. I hope that helps.
DeleteWe just ordered the same tile for our floors and I love the grout color you chose! Would you mind sharing the color you went with? It’s perfection!
ReplyDeleteWe used Mapei grout and the color is Cocoa.
DeleteTHANK YOU! Our project starts tomorrow!
DeleteThe colors and textures you chose are all amazing! I love the herringbone floor tile design. So after having this tile installed for almost 2 years now, how has it held up to daily use? Have you have any issues with it being slippery when wet, the printed image scraping or wearing off, or any dings from something being dropped on it?
ReplyDeleteIt is just like the day we installed it. No problems whatsoever. We stand on a mat when we get out of the shower so our feet are dry before we walk on it, but it isn't a slick tile.
