Alright first things first. You must turn on your smellivision. What? You don't have smellivision? Well, you really need it for this post because this garland from Lynch Creek Farm that I used for my Christmas mantel smells heavenly.
Okay, all kidding aside it really does smell wonderful.
Today I'm joining some fellow bloggers and we have partnered with the kind folks at Lynch Creek Farm to share some of the fabulous fresh greenery products they carry. Be sure to check out the other links and the information for the giveaway they are offering at the bottom of this post.
Instead of a fresh wreath for my front door this year I wanted this fresh garland for the mantel. It is beautiful all on it's on, but I added a few embellishments to take it up a notch. Our front door is baked by the sun half a day and fresh greenery doesn't stand a chance.
I purchased these vintage style stockings from 1871 Farmhouse and they are just the look I was going for.
This Premium Garland is a mix of noble fir, incense cedar, western red cedar and pine. No wonder it smells so good.
I got the 18' garland and had to wait until Mr. Savvy came home from work to help me lift it up and place it on the mantel. It was a little too long so we just cut the extra off.
I picked up some seeded eucalyptus at the grocery store that my Publix is finally carrying and tucked it in here and there even though it really needs no embellishments at all.
I added some flickering candles that I purchased last year. I love that they have a remote to turn them on and off.
I also tucked in a few of the roses I have been drying and added a few pine cones.
This is my favorite mantel that I have decorated so far.
I will share the rest of this room along with the Hunter's Hollow centerpiece from Lynch Creek Farm soon.

All that info is on their site and how to take care of the items.
