It's the last week before Christmas and I'm sure everyone is busy busy just like me. I still have wrapping to do, grocery shopping, two pots of chili to make, tables to reset and a house to clean before guests arrive next Sunday.
I'm also not finished sharing Christmas decor in my house and today it's my farmhouse style guest bedroom.
Last year this guest bedroom was decorated in a cabin style and it was my most pinned room. This year I kept things simple and it's my favorite.
The Christmas Farmhouse Style Bedroom
Layered quilts, tartan shams and cute little pillowcases add the feel of Christmas without being overdone.
A tiny tree with some cute ornaments and a couple of deer reside on the nightstand.
I picked up these ornaments in a cute Christmas shop in the north Georgia mountains.
I decided to get this cute sign this year to hang over the bed.
I found this fella at Tuesday Mornings a few years ago. I love pulling him out and arranging his cute arms displaying candy canes.
Of course there are Christmas pillows.
I love the plaid and the little woody cars together. I had ordered the gray buffalo check shams that match the drapes, but they were on back order and must not be coming since they should have weeks ago.
Vintage quilts for those extra cold nights.
Wishing everyone a good week and hopefully one enjoyed and not too stressful.
'Tis the season!

Oh it is gorgeous. This is my favorite too.
ReplyDeleteEnjoying this last week before Christmas. It's a week of lunches with friends, a holiday brunch, and getting ready for the big day! Things are pretty well done around here except for a final cleaning and the cooking for Monday's lunch. Just going to savor the time and enjoy family and friends. Your guest room is cute all done up for Christmas. It's too bad no one will use it! :(
ReplyDeleteMy daughter, son in law and granddaughter are going to stay over Christmas eve instead of driving back home and then back here for breakfast. Thanks
