Today I'm sharing the Nall Farmhouse. I found this beauty while scrolling instagram. This house is a reconstructed 1890 farmhouse on a historic property in Prairie Village, Kansas.
After looking at some of the photos on instagram I researched and found more photos on their facebook page. This beautiful farmhouse is big at 5133 square feet with six bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, three car garage and it's an open floor plan. It can be yours for $1,999,950. It was recently staged for an open house so be sure to check out this beauty.
There is so much more to see and you can check it out on the instagram account @nallfarmhouse or on facebook.
Are you ready to make an offer?
I'm sure they will be more than happy to speak with you.

Hooray it's the weekend!
Wow.... Beautiful .......
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful! I love that it has such a modern feel to it with such a clean and uncluttered look which comes from great staging! My nephew recently had his house on the market and it didn't sell until his realtor had it staged. It sold in two days!
ReplyDeleteLove the mudroom! Darling house! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteWell....Kansas has more than just a yellow brick road...yeah!
ReplyDeleteI live in the area and toured the house last weekend. It is as beautiful as the pictures look... However, I was disappointed by the (un)livability of the layout. It presented itself as a showpiece, rather than a true family home. The bedrooms were awkwardly laid out with no walls to put furniture without blocking a window. The TV mount in the main living room was entirely too high to watch comfortably. And these are just a few examples. I'll enjoy taking walks down this lovely street, but I wish the builder and architect had focused more on creating a livable floorplan, rather than a pinterest showpiece. Thanks for featuring our little suburb of Prairie Village! It's a delightful place to live!
ReplyDeleteThis is a lovely home but it's just way too "white" for me. As I get older I crave color more and more. To paraphrase a famous interior designer whose name escapes me, "even a white lampshade is a lost opportunity!"
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Home! Love the pantry
ReplyDeleteOMG Kim I could actually move in and not want to change a thing. Now I just have to win the lottery!!!!!
ReplyDeleteHave a good weekend.
Hugs,
Kris
