Fall French Farmhouse Table

The days are shorter, the temps will eventually be cooling down and we even have leaves falling which is probably because we're in a drought.

I thought I would, for fun, put a fall table setting together to share using what I had on hand along with a few budget friendly purchases.

Fall French Farmhouse Table

I wanted a low centerpiece so I used some fresh eucalyptus that was quickly drying out before I took these photos. I mixed in some dry naturals found at a flea market and some tiny gourds and pumpkins from Trader Joe's.

I picked up these cute plates at HomeGoods for only $4.99 each.

The faux wood chargers were found on Amazon and are the perfect color with the plates. The wicker chargers on the bottom are old from my stash.

These cute colorful napkins were the first purchase I made several weeks ago at Pier One that were my inspiration for the colors used.

The little squirrel napkin rings are several years old from Pottery Barn and I have used them many times.

I already had the block printed napkins from HomeGoods a few years ago and I love how the two napkins work together.

The green goblets are quite old. Like probably forty or more years old.

I don't like squirrels on our house and the damage they have done, but they are cute to use for fall so I added these two that I have had to the centerpiece. I had another large one, but it broke last year.

I had the bamboo flatware. We used it daily for a good while, but the finish was coming off parts of them so I put it away.

Here you can see how I used vintage grainsacks to add another layer of texture to the table.

For those who may be new here the table is a very old French farmhouse table that I purchased in France several years ago.

I hope you found some inspiration today.

I'm sharing on Instagram almost daily so be sure to follow me @savvysouthernstyle.
